Segelsaison / Sailing Season

Die Segelsaison hat begonnen. Das Segelschiff ist eingewassert und ist bereit für die ersten Ausfahrten. Hoffentlich mit gutem Wind und angenehmen Wetter.

The sailing season has begun. The sailing boat has been put in the water and is ready for its first trips. Hopefully with good wind and pleasant weather.

Trotz den Grossverteilern die Backwaren über den ganzen Tag ofenfrisch anbieten, gibt es für Bäckereien eine kleine, feine Marktnische. Wie auch diese mobile Bäckerei, bestehend aus einer alten mobilen Bäckerei der Schweizer Armee und einem Verkaufswagen. Die Produkte locken viele Kunden an, sodass sich im Laufe des Tages eine Warteschlange bildet. Sei es Brot, Zopf oder Patisserie, das Warten lohnt sich; und wie!

Malgré les grands magasins qui vendent des produits de boulangerie fraîchement sortis du four toute la journée, il existe une petite niche de marché pour les boulangeries. C'est le cas de cette boulangerie mobile, composée d'une ancienne boulangerie mobile de l'armée suisse et d'un camion de vente. Les produits attirent de nombreux clients, si bien qu'une file d'attente se forme au cours de la journée. Qu'il s'agisse de pain, de tresse ou de pâtisserie, l'attente en vaut la peine ; et comment !

Vor knapp 2 Jahren, brachte eine heftiger Sturm unseren alter Kirschbaum zu Fall. In der Zwischenzeit pflanzenten wir an derselben Stelle einen Apfelbaum. Und siehe da, dies ist das erste Jahr wo der Junge Baum in voller Blüter steht. Ein würdiger Nachfolger!

Die volle Blütenpracht offenbart sich in der Nacht

Almost 2 years ago, a violent storm brought down our old cherry tree. In the meantime, we planted an apple tree on the same spot. And lo and behold, this is the first year that the young tree is in full bloom. A worthy successor!
