In der Zwischenzeit wurde der belichtete Film (Ilford XP2)
entwickelt. Bei diesem Film handelt es sich um einen „chromogenen“ Film. Was
nichts anderes bedeutet als dass es sich um einen Farbfilm mit nur eine Farbe
(nämlich Schwarz) handelt. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass sich ein solcher Film im
C-41 Prozess entwickelt werden kann. Der Film wurde durch die Drogerie Müller
entwickelt und durch mich gescannt. Das Scannen war ein echtes Abenteuer:
Dieser Film weist oft einen grässlichen Sepia Ton auf. Hinzu kommt, dass der
Scanner (Canoscan 9000F) nicht weiss was für Bedingungen bei der Belichtung des Filmes
herrschten (Nebel, diffuses Licht, saukalt – ist zwar dem Film sch… egal). Diese klassische „low key“ Situation musste
ich mit Adobe Photoshop wieder hervorholen; etwas ungewohnt…

Meanwhile, the
exposed film (Ilford XP2) was developed. This film is a "chromogenic"
film. Which means nothing else but a color film with only one color (namely
black). This has the advantage that such a film can be developed in the C-41
process. The film was developed by the Müller drugstore scanned through me.
Scanning was a real adventure: this film often has a horrible sepia tone. In
addition, the scanner does not know what conditions prevailing in the exposure
of the film (fog, diffuse light). I had to recover this classic "low
key" situation with Adobe Photoshop; a little bit unusual ...
