Auf
Aufruf der Stadt Thun und der Innenstadt-Genossenschaft Thun (IGT) gestalteten
Privatpersonen, Vereine, Schulen und Unternehmen bunte Sitzbänke. Gegen 50
Bänke wurden Im Rahmen der Aktion “Thun nimmt Platz“ in der Innenstadt von Thun
aufgestellt. Im Herbst werden dann die Sitzbänke zu Gunsten eines guten Zwecks
versteigert. Somit haben wir bis im Herbst mehr Bänke als Banken in der Stadt. Und das ist gut so.
At the
invitation of the city of Thun and the inner-city cooperative Thun (IGT),
private individuals, associations, schools and companies designed coloured
benches. Around 50 benches/banks were set up in the inner city of Thun as part
of the "Thun takes a seat" campaign. In autumn, the benches shall be
auctioned off in favour of a good purpose. Therefore, until autumn we have more
benches than banks in the city. Moreover, that is a good thing.
