Street-Food Festivals – das ist die neue Welle, die sogar ins
Berner Oberland raufschwappt. Bei schönem Wetter sicher ein interessanter
kulinarischer Ausflug in andere Welten; wenn man will. Aber es hat auch genug
Hamburger und Hotdogs für die, die das Risiko scheuen oder eben beim Bewährten
bleiben wollen (sollen sie auch).
Nun eben, Essen zu fotografieren liegt mir nicht bzw. mache
ich höchsten einmal im Jahr wenn wir unter guten Kollegen zusammen ein
mehrgängiges Menu kochen. Das hat aber bereits eine nahezu 20-jährige Tradition!
Interessanter für mich sind aber die Stände und deren
Werbung. Da hat es oft interessante Details zu entdecken.

festivals - this is the new wave that even sprouts up in the Bernese Oberland.
When the weather is nice, it’s an interesting culinary trip to other worlds/regions,
if you want. But it also has enough hamburgers and hotdogs for those who fear
the risk or just want to stay with the tried and tested.
Well, just to photograph food is not a favorite task for me. I make that only
once a year when we cook together with good colleagues a multi-course meal. But
this has ready a nearly 20-year tradition.
Interesting for me are the market stalls and their advertising. It often has
interesting details to discover.
