Volldampf – Fullsteam

Sie nennen sich „Fullsteam Jazzband“ und spielen Dixieland-Jazz. Angetroffen habe ich sie am „Tag der offenen Werft“ (Samstag, 24. und Sonntag, 25. März 2018) in Thun wo die BLS AG ihre neue Schiffswert der Öffentlichkeit vorstellte. Was die sechs Musiker der Full Steam Jazzband boten, gehört zur Spitzenklasse. Mit Ihrem Auftritt sammelt die Fullsteam Jazz Band Geld für das Dampschiff „Spiez“ welches eine neue Dampfmaschine erhält (Dieses Schiff wird mit grossem Aufwand restauriert).

They call themselves "Fullsteam Jazzband" and play Dixieland Jazz. I met them at the "open shipyard day" (Saturday, 24th and Sunday, 25th March 2018) in Thun where BLS AG presented their new shipyard to the public. What the six musicians of the Full Steam Jazzband offered is one of the top class. With their performance, the Fullsteam Jazz Band collects money for the steamship "Spiez" which receives a new steam engine (This ship is restored with great effort).

An dieser Wand wechseln die Graffiti sehr häufig. Im Moment sind sie sehr farbenfroh. Besonders am Abend, wenn die Sonne tiefer steht kommen die Farben dieser Graffiti sehr schön zur Geltung.Seit Jahren treffe ich in der ganzen Region Thun Graffiti vom Sprayer mit der Kuh ("Cows") an. Während diese Tiere früher in Schwarz und Weiss anzutreffen waren, findet man diese heute auch in anderen Farben an. Der Grund ist mir unbekannt. Am Preis der Spraydosen kann es nicht liegen.

Interessanterweise wirken diese Graffiti auch in Schwarz Weiss.

On this wall, graffiti change very often. Actually they are very colorful. Especially in the evening, when the sun shines directly onto the wall, the light emphasizes the colors of the graffiti. In Black an White, these graffiti remain also interesting.
For years I encouter in the whole Thun the sparyer with the cow ("Cows"). In the beginning these cows were sprayed in black an white color. Now you may encounter cows in diffetent colors. I don't know reason why, but it cannot be the price for the aerosol cans...
